If something feels wrong mid-session, one tap sends your location straight to our team.
If a customer makes an inappropriate request, refuse and report it. Confirmed violations are suspended immediately.
If something is not right, report it in the app and we handle it. You never have to face it alone.
No interview, no visit, no printed paperwork. You can finish it on your phone.
Every application is reviewed by hand, so it takes a little time. Once approved you start taking bookings right away.

Finish the bookings you accept. The customer is waiting in their own home, so one missed appointment costs more trust than it looks. Repeated declines lower your visibility.
