Bookings you accept must be honoured. Repeated declines reduce your visibility, and enough of them pause your ability to take bookings for a period.
Single-use hygiene kits are the standard. Making inappropriate requests of a customer, or steering them off the app, ends access immediately.
The same holds the other way: if a customer makes an inappropriate request, refuse and report it. The standard applies to both sides.
