Hanoi has plenty of good therapists, but from a customer's side it is hard to tell who is trustworthy. From the other side, skilled people are tied to a venue's hours or have few ways to reach customers. massa sits in that gap.

So most of our effort goes into vetting and records. Knowing who is coming, having a record when something goes wrong, and applying the same rules to both sides — we think that is the minimum for a home-visit service to work at all.
